LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our behavioral healthcare team in Laingsburg, Shiawassee County, Michigan. About the Role

As an LMFT with LifeStance Health, you'll deliver comprehensive mental health and relationship counseling services to individuals, couples, and families navigating life's challenges. What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients seeking therapy
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focused on relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, and behavioral health
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Provide both in-person and telehealth therapeutic services based on client needs and preferences
• Stay current with evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical best practices

What We're Looking For

• Valid Michigan License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with LMFT credentials
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
• Strong foundation in systemic and relational therapy approaches
• Excellent clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Professional liability insurance and clean background clearance
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing clinical excellence
