We are representing a confidential boutique legal recruiting firm seeking a Legal Recruiter to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position with strong preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Our client operates a unique split-desk model where you'll focus exclusively on candidate-side recruiting—no business development required.

This is a pure recruiting role centered on sourcing, engaging, and placing attorney-level legal talent with top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments. Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive headhunting and outreach to attorneys via phone, video, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified legal candidates
• Perform comprehensive candidate interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Provide strategic career advising and influence candidate decision-making
• Manage multiple candidate relationships and processes simultaneously
• Collaborate internally with business development team members on client requisitions
• Maintain detailed candidate records and pipeline activity

What We're Looking For

For Experienced Recruiters:

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with agency background preferred
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing expertise—this is not an inbound posting role
• Proven track record building relationships and closing candidates
• Comfort managing complex, concurrent recruiting processes
