Role Overview
As a Laborer at Mr. Bult's, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations. This position supports our waste hauling and transportation services, which serve major waste companies throughout the United States. Founded in the early 1990s, Mr. Bult's grew to become one of the nation's largest long-haul waste transporters, with a footprint spanning 49 terminals and serving clients nationwide. In this role, you'll contribute to the efficiency and safety of our Michigan-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing waste materials in transportation vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support drivers and logistics team members with operational tasks
- Help ensure timely loading and dispatch of waste transport vehicles
- Report any equipment damage or safety concerns to supervisors

- Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
