Position Summary

Kreyco is hiring part-time language teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you'll bring world languages to life for preK-12 learners across Pope Valley and the broader Napa County region. Whether you specialize in Romance languages, classical languages, sign language, or Asian languages, your expertise will help students develop communication skills, cultural understanding, and confidence in a new language.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned language instruction across proficiency levels
• Create a supportive classroom environment where diverse learners build fluency and cultural competency
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Collaborate with school administrators and colleagues to integrate language instruction into school curricula
• Foster student enthusiasm for language learning and cross-cultural communication

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent, native-level, or near-native proficiency in Spanish, Italian, French, Latin, American Sign Language, or Mandarin Chinese
• Valid teaching credential or willingness to pursue certification in your language specialty
• Demonstrated ability to teach and motivate students across elementary, middle, or high school levels
• Commitment to culturally responsive teaching and inclusive classroom practices
• Passion for language education and student success
