Kreyco, a leading preK-12 education partner based in Oakland, Alameda County, is hiring a Full-Time 6th Grade Multiple Subject Teacher to join our network of dedicated educators.

Position Summary

As a multiple subject instructor, you'll foster student growth across all core academic disciplines while building meaningful connections with learners. Your Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality instruction across multiple subjects including mathematics, language arts, science, and social studies
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and needs
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet academic goals
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with school colleagues to support student success
• Incorporate engaging, standards-aligned content that inspires critical thinking and academic growth
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to school initiatives and professional development activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Liberal Studies, Education, or closely related field
• Valid California teaching credential or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrated expertise in teaching multiple subjects at the middle school level
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for working with 6th grade students and fostering academic confidence
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and meeting all learners where they are
