About the Role
This part-time teaching position offers you the opportunity to deliver engaging Art and Music instruction across multiple grade levels. You'll work collaboratively with school partners in the Mount Pleasant area, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm directly into classrooms where students are eager to learn and create.
What You'll Do
- Develop and teach Art and Music curricula that align with educational standards and spark student creativity
- Create inclusive, welcoming learning environments where all students can express themselves and succeed
- Facilitate hands-on projects and experiences that deepen students' appreciation for the arts
- Collaborate with school staff to integrate your instruction into the broader educational program
- Connect with students and families to understand their needs and support their growth
