About the Role

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages to exacting standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment with care and consistency
• Take orders efficiently while engaging authentically with customers
• Handle payment processing and maintain accurate cash handling practices
• Keep the bar and customer areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Work collaboratively with teammates during peak and off-peak hours
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where every customer feels valued
