26-27 SY Jobs: K-12 Paras/RBTs

Kreyco is seeking passionate paraprofessionals and behavior technicians to support K-12 students across Pemberton and Burlington County schools during the 2026-27 school year. This is a part-time opportunity to make a direct impact in students' educational journeys.

The Opportunity

Join Kreyco, a leading preK-12 education organization formerly known as Language Learning Network, and contribute to meaningful work in New Jersey schools. We build strong collaborative relationships between schools, teachers, and support staff to create environments where all students can thrive. As a paraprofessional or registered behavior technician (RBT), you'll work directly with students in classroom and behavioral support settings, helping bridge the gap between instruction and individualized student needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students in K-12 classrooms under teacher supervision
• Assist with classroom management and student engagement strategies
• Support students with behavioral, social-emotional, or academic development goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions as directed by certified educators
• Document student progress and communicate observations with teachers and administrators
• Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require certification or RBT credential
• Genuine passion for supporting K-12 student development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Reliability and professional commitment to students
• Willingness to support diverse learners in a variety of school settings
