As an HVAC Warranty Technician based in Plainville, Connecticut, you'll diagnose, service, and resolve warranty-related issues across residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with multiple shifts available, making it a strong fit whether you prefer daytime hours or evening and weekend work. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment covered under manufacturer and service warranties
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Document warranty work accurately and communicate clearly with customers and the service team
- Uphold safety standards and quality workmanship on every service call
Qualifications
- Active HVAC license in the state of Connecticut (required)
- Proven hands-on experience servicing and repairing HVAC systems
- Solid diagnostic skills and familiarity with warranty service procedures
- Willingness to work one of several available schedules, including four 10-hour days (Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday), afternoon and evening shifts (such as 12pm–8pm or 2pm–10pm), and nights and weekends
