Assistant Manager

Domino's Pizza in Elgin, Kershaw County, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and develop into a full management role. This full-time position offers hands-on experience in a high-volume pizza delivery environment where you'll oversee team performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction daily.

About the Role

You'll serve as the operational backbone of our Elgin store, working alongside the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily execution. As Assistant Manager, you're not just managing shifts—you're learning every aspect of running a successful Domino's location, from food preparation to delivery logistics to financial management. What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee delivery drivers, pizza makers, and front-counter staff during assigned shifts
• Train new crew members on food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage labor scheduling, payroll oversight, and team scheduling efficiency
• Handle cash management, deposits, and reconciliation
• Address customer complaints and maintain high satisfaction ratings
• Support inventory management and food cost optimization
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness throughout your shift

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in food service or retail
• Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate diverse team members
• Knowledge of pizza, delivery, or fast-casual restaurant operations preferred
• Comfort with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Genuine passion for customer service and operational excellence
