Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties as assigned, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following all company safety protocols
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and supplies
• Follow directions from supervisors and coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Support quality standards by ensuring work is completed to specification

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work, including standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment properly
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
• Valid driver's license preferred
