Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual sketches and design concepts for lifestyle headwear collections
• Research design trends and consumer preferences in the headwear and fashion markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to refine design direction
• Create technical specifications and detailed design documentation for production teams
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on color, material, and construction choices
• Support the creative process from ideation through product launch

Who We're Looking For

• A design graduate or equivalent professional experience in fashion, apparel, or product design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or comparable tools
• Strong visual communication and sketching abilities
• Understanding of textile materials, construction techniques, and production processes
• Passion for design with an eye for detail and trend awareness
