[Job 31517] Data Scientist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Master Data Scientist to design and implement a sophisticated two-tier optimization engine. You will develop heuristic algorithms for market prioritization and budget allocation across multiple markets, as well as Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP) optimization to maximize audience impressions delivery within each market while respecting inventory, pricing, and business constraints. This role involves close collaboration with domain experts in an agile environment with 2-week sprints.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English for conversation and technical documentation
• Solid experience in Data Science, Operations Research, or Optimization Engineering
• Expertise in Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP) and optimization solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar
• Solid experience with AWS
• Advanced Python programming skills
• Heuristic algorithm design for large-scale combinatorial problems
• Proven track record delivering optimization solutions to production environments
• Multi-objective optimization experience, balancing multiple metrics and constraints
• Ability to translate business requirements into mathematical formulations
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to co-develop solutions
• Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum and 2-week sprints

Nice to Have:

• AWS Lambda for optimization workload deployment
• Experience in advertising, media planning, or marketing optimization
• Knowledge of media metrics such as CPM, GRP, impressions, reach, and frequency
• Parallel computing for scalable optimization
