IT Consultant QM & ESH Applications (Support & Implementation)

Continental is seeking a full-time remote IT Consultant specializing in Quality Management and Environment, Safety & Health (QM & ESH) Applications to join our team supporting operations from Taguig City, Metro Manila, PH. In this role, you'll deliver technical support and drive implementation of mission-critical quality and safety systems across our global operations.

About This Position

As an IT Consultant focused on QM & ESH Applications, you are the bridge between Continental's enterprise quality and environmental safety systems and the teams who depend on them. You provide hands-on technical support, manage system implementations, and ensure these applications operate reliably across our organization. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work remotely while making a tangible impact on Continental's operational excellence and safety culture.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for QM and ESH applications, including troubleshooting, bug resolution, and user assistance
• Plan, configure, and execute system implementations of QM and ESH applications for new environments and installations
• Conduct training and documentation to enable end users to operate systems effectively
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve system functionality
• Maintain detailed records of support cases, implementations, and system configurations
• Stay current with application updates and ensure continuous compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting enterprise quality management or environmental safety systems
• Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, databases, or application administration
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively
• Experience implementing or configuring software systems for end users
• Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders and global teams
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Reliable internet connection and suitable working environment for remote work
• Familiarity with quality management, environmental, or safety standards a plus
