The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, simultaneous interpretation services via telephone for government agency clients and limited-English-proficient individuals
- Interpret conversations across diverse topics within government contexts, maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards
- Ensure clear communication while remaining neutral, impartial, and culturally sensitive
- Document calls and manage time efficiently to meet call-handling targets
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-stakes situations
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and company protocols
Who We're Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in English and at least one additional language (spoken and written)
- Professional interpretation certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Familiarity with government services terminology and context
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey meaning accurately under pressure
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Background check eligibility for government services work
