Regis College seeks a dedicated Grants Officer - Corporate and Foundation Giving to support our Institutional Advancement mission. This is a part-time, benefit-eligible position based in the US working approximately 24 hours per week to steward and grow our relationships with corporate and private foundations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and collaborating closely with the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations, you will own the complete grant lifecycle from prospect research through fund stewardship. You'll be a key member of the advancement team, working to secure private funding that enables Regis College to advance its educational mission and institutional priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage grant applications, proposals, and submissions to corporate and foundation funding sources
  • Research and identify qualified funding prospects aligned with institutional priorities
  • Prepare grant documentation, budgets, and supporting materials in coordination with college departments
  • Maintain comprehensive grant tracking systems and reporting databases
  • Support relationship cultivation and stewardship of corporate and foundation donors
  • Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and funder guidelines across multiple proposals
  • Compile impact reports and grant narratives demonstrating outcomes and institutional effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing, institutional advancement, or nonprofit fundraising
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
