About the Role
As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll own the complete sales and marketing strategy for the property, driving occupancy rates, ADR performance, and brand visibility across the Los Angeles market. You'll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, building and leading a dedicated sales and marketing team while managing all aspects of property positioning, corporate relationships, and demand generation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and local market conditions
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, setting clear targets and fostering a performance-driven culture
- Manage hotel distribution channels, rate management, and revenue optimization across all booking platforms
- Build and cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and key business partners
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, digital presence, brand messaging, and promotional initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and guest feedback to inform strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure sales targets and profitability goals are met
