Install Operations Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for an Install Operations Associate based in Pakistan. This role sits within the Professional Services team and focuses on managing end-to-end invoicing processes, vendor relationships, and financial reporting for installation operations.

You will serve as the critical link between internal stakeholders and third-party installation partners, ensuring timely payments, accurate reporting, and smooth operational workflows. This position requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive process improvements in a growing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete invoicing lifecycle from statement of work creation and purchase order generation through invoice receipt, verification, approval, and vendor payment
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper coding for financial reporting purposes
• Maintain and update vendor price catalog databases
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
• Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations
• Support accounting team with month-end and year-end close processes
• Verify hardware installation to validate invoice approvals
• Create statements of work for installation partners and route for signature
• Maintain oversight of all purchase orders and related invoices, executing change orders as needed
• Coordinate with accounts payable teams on invoice questions and change requests
• Generate financial, operational, and performance-based reports
• Assist installation partners with invoice disputes, questions, and outstanding payment issues
• Drive process improvements and business transformation efforts within the invoicing function

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in invoice management or accounts payable
• Experience with Hex or Tableau
• Experience writing Redash queries
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with SFDC preferred
• Experience with Coupa preferred
