Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential greentech organization in Berlin that is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue through consultative B2C sales. In this role, you will:
- Conduct video-based sales consultations with pre-qualified leads interested in renewable heating solutions
- Guide customers through the decision-making process from initial conversation to signed contract
- Manage your sales pipeline independently using CRM systems, ensuring no qualified opportunity is overlooked
- Work exclusively with warm, inbound leads—your focus is on conversion, not cold outreach
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handoff after deal closure
What We're Looking For
