Founders Associate (Intern)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a well-funded AI startup in the logistics automation space. This confidential Berlin-based organization is building intelligent automation solutions for global supply chain operations and is already deployed with enterprise customers across Europe and Asia. They're backed by a leading early-stage European venture fund and scaling rapidly.

We're seeking a highly motivated Founder's Associate Intern to join this fast-moving team and take on meaningful responsibility from day one. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with experienced founders and operators while contributing to core business functions across product, operations, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage internal systems including website infrastructure and operational tooling
• Lead recruiting initiatives and support the onboarding process for new team members
• Support go-to-market activities and customer acquisition efforts
• Research and secure grant opportunities and non-dilutive funding sources
• Take ownership of high-impact projects that directly move the business forward
• Switch fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution

What We're Looking For

• Experience in generalist or high-agency roles, ideally in early-stage startup environments
• Technical background or strong intuition for AI and software systems
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Genuine curiosity about startups, AI technology, and company building
• Ability to take full ownership and execute with precision
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving diverse problems
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency
• Aspiration to eventually build or lead your own venture
