Responsibilities

• Conducting and coordinating audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and similar standards)
• Driving process optimization initiatives using FMEA, SPC, and MSA
• Implementing Lean Quality, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs
• Overseeing measurement technology and laboratory operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in quality management or quality assurance roles
• Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and methodologies
• Background in manufacturing industries such as automotive, machinery, plastics, or metal processing
• Expertise in areas such as supplier quality, audit management, process improvement, or metrology
• Professional proficiency in German required for client interaction
• Commitment to driving quality culture and operational excellence
