Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce agency based in Stuttgart that is expanding into social commerce. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect and build their TikTok Shop practice from the ground up. You won't be managing a few ads—you'll be creating the entire infrastructure that connects performance marketing, creator ecosystems, and TikTok Shop into a revenue-generating engine for client brands.

Our client knows how online marketplaces work. Now they're taking the next step, and they need someone who can make TikTok a scalable growth channel. You'll start at zero, own the strategy, set up the technical foundation, and turn this into a core service offering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies for client brands from scratch
• Set up the technical infrastructure for TikTok Shop and handle both strategic planning and hands-on implementation in the early stages
• Monitor TikTok's algorithm, new features, and emerging trends, translating them into high-performing sales campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a permanent part of the agency's service portfolio and define key performance indicators
• Build relationships with creators and manage influencer partnerships to drive shop performance
• Report results clearly to leadership and use data to guide all campaign decisions

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of hands-on TikTok marketing experience, with a proven track record of building successful TikTok channels or shops
• Deep expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, the platform's algorithm, and the technical workflows around TikTok Shop
• Strong execution skills—you don't just strategize, you roll up your sleeves and build the operational foundation yourself
• Data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on metrics, interpret analytics effectively, and present insights clearly to stakeholders
• High degree of autonomy and initiative—you drive projects forward proactively and can explain complex processes in simple terms
• Fluency in German is required for this role; English proficiency is a strong plus
