Industry X- MES PAS-X Consultant

Accenture is seeking a full-time MES PAS-X Consultant to join our team in West Slope, Washington County. In this role, you'll guide manufacturing and operations clients through digital transformation initiatives, leveraging modern execution systems to optimize their production environments.

About the Role

As an MES PAS-X Consultant at Accenture, you'll combine technical expertise with business acumen to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing execution solutions. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to understand their operational challenges and deliver systems that drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and visibility across their manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze client manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through MES and related systems
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define system configurations and implementation roadmaps
• Configure and customize manufacturing execution platforms to align with client business objectives
• Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing enterprise applications and data systems
• Develop comprehensive documentation and training programs for end users and technical teams
• Support clients through implementation phases and provide post-launch optimization services
• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting manufacturing execution systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and plant operations
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions for business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, or related discipline
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
