Inbound Sales Representative – Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Entyre Inc is seeking a full-time Inbound Sales Representative in Columbus, Ohio to manage client communications and guide families through healthcare enrollment—with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000.

The Opportunity

As an Inbound Sales Representative with Entyre Inc, you'll be the frontline voice for families navigating Medicaid waivers and healthcare services for the first time. This isn't a passive support role; you'll combine genuine empathy with sales instincts to move prospective and current clients through critical next steps. You'll explain complex healthcare and reimbursement processes in clear, accessible language—building immediate trust with people who need guidance. Your work directly impacts how families experience accessing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and voicemails from prospective and active clients, serving as the primary contact for all inquiries.
• Quickly assess client needs, eligibility requirements, and readiness to progress through enrollment.
• Communicate program details, Medicaid waiver options, billing expectations, background checks, and reimbursement policies in clear, understandable terms.
• Use structured follow-up and persuasion to encourage clients to complete documentation, schedule appointments, and advance through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client records, interaction logs, status updates, and outstanding action items within company systems.
• Identify client problems, attempt initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to Billing, Compliance, Clinical, Admin, or other teams.
• Manage high-volume inbound traffic while preserving accuracy, professionalism, and urgency.
• Contribute to refinement of communication templates, FAQs, scripts, and workflows based on recurring client questions and operational bottlenecks.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in inbound sales, customer service, healthcare administration, intake operations, call center management, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical or regulatory information into plain language.
• Natural warmth, empathy, and confidence on phone calls; skilled at building trust quickly.
• Strong instinct for moving conversations forward and guiding callers toward decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent conversations, tasks, and deadlines without losing detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-volume, often-interrupted environment.
• Analytical mindset; able to identify root causes of client concerns and propose practical solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and web applications; willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive client information.
• Background in Medicaid, healthcare billing, waivers, or reimbursement is valued but not required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience is an acceptable alternative.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime as needed.
