About the Role
As Manager of Accounting and CFO Services with a focus on real estate and construction, you will deliver high-touch financial leadership to a portfolio of growing clients. Based in Greeley Square, Manhattan, you will oversee outsourced accounting engagements and provide the strategic, CFO-level guidance that helps clients in the property and building industries operate with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and CFO service engagements for clients in the real estate and construction sectors.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and back-office processes.
- Provide strategic financial advisory and decision support tailored to each client's needs.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable deliverables.
- Supervise and mentor team members supporting accounting workflows.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial management, ideally within real estate or construction.
- Strong command of financial reporting, advisory services, and outsourced back-office operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage engagements and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site at our Greeley Square, Manhattan office.
