Brilliant Corners is hiring a Temporary Property Manager in Los Angeles, CA to help deliver stable, supportive housing for some of California's most vulnerable residents. This full-time, on-site role offers an annual salary of $70,400.00 (exempt) and is structured as a direct-hire temporary assignment lasting at least nine months from your start date.
About the Role
As a Temporary Property Manager with Brilliant Corners in Los Angeles County, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of housing connected to our mission of serving individuals transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA (not remote), ideal for an organized professional who wants property management work to make a tangible community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and upkeep of assigned residential property in Los Angeles.
- Build supportive relationships with tenants and respond promptly to their concerns and requests.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to keep units safe, clean, and habitable.
- Maintain accurate records, lease documentation, and compliance with applicable housing requirements.
- Partner with internal teams and community service providers to support housing stability for residents.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management or a closely related residential operations role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A resident-focused, compassionate approach aligned with serving vulnerable populations.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Los Angeles, CA, for the duration of the assignment.
