Position Summary

As a Mobile Fingerprinting Specialist with Entyre Inc, you'll perform critical biometric capture and verification services for candidates entering healthcare caregiver roles throughout Ohio. This is a field-based, mobile position where you'll operate independently, traveling to multiple sites to collect fingerprint data compliant with state and federal standards. The role requires no prior experience—we provide comprehensive onboarding and technical training for all new team members. You'll play an integral part in accelerating our client healthcare employers' hiring processes while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Dispatch to assigned locations across Ohio to conduct fingerprint capture using BCI/FBI-approved methodology
• Authenticate candidate identity and verify documentation before processing scans
• Adhere strictly to state regulatory and data protection protocols throughout each engagement
• Sync scheduling with office staff and candidates to minimize conflicts and optimize route efficiency
• Submit completed fingerprint records promptly and track results through completion
• Inspect and troubleshoot biometric equipment, logging maintenance alerts when required

Requirements

• Current, valid driver's license
• Access to a dependable personal vehicle suitable for regular, multi-site travel
• Ability to pass a BCI/FBI background screening prior to hire
• Meticulous attention to detail in data entry and process execution
• Capacity to work autonomously in unstructured field environments
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Basic proficiency with mobile computing devices (tablets, laptops)

Experience in healthcare, field operations, or scheduling roles is welcomed but not required.
