This position centers on building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that powers our customer success function. You'll handle the systems, records, and workflows that allow our team to serve customers with consistency and precision. Key Responsibilities

• Keep customer information accurate and accessible in our CRM, serving as the single source of truth for all teams
• Schedule and coordinate customer onboarding sessions, renewal discussions, and relationship check-ins on time
• Create dashboards, reports, and data summaries that measure customer adoption, engagement, and retention
• Develop reference materials, process guides, and knowledge repositories to support team effectiveness
• Screen and prioritize customer inquiries and internal requests, routing each to the right team member for resolution
• Manage calendars, prepare meeting materials, and maintain systems for tracking ongoing work
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend changes that improve customer outcomes and team efficiency
• Facilitate collaboration between sales, product development, and support to ensure operational alignment

Requirements

• Proven skill in managing multiple projects, maintaining high attention to detail, and staying organized under pressure
• Previous experience in operations support, customer-facing roles, or customer success positions
• Competency in building reports, creating dashboards, and interpreting performance data
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without constant supervision
• Grounded understanding of customer service practices and a genuine commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Capacity to juggle competing demands while maintaining quality
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (bonus qualification)
