About the Role

This position serves as the link between Sherwin-Williams stores and the customers who rely on our paint and coating solutions. You will spend time on the sales floor advising wholesale and retail buyers, then transition to the road to ensure orders arrive safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Load, secure, and transport products from the store to customer locations using company vehicles
• Verify order="true">

• placing items where customers need them, and obtaining signatures or confirmations as required
• Engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand project requirements, answer product questions, and recommend appropriate Sherwin-Williams solutions
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine safety checks, and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Complete delivery paperwork, process payments when applicable, and update order status in internal systems
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety policies, and load securement guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 50 pounds safely
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions
• Basic math proficiency for handling orders and processing transactions
• Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while supporting team goals
• Flexibility to accommodate varying delivery schedules, including occasional early mornings or late afternoons
• Previous experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required
