Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish or Portuguese)

Sherwin‑Williams is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish or Portuguese) to join the team at its Harwich Port, Harwich location.

About the Role

This full‑time position supports store operations by assisting customers in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and accurate transaction processing.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
• Provide product information, make recommendations, and help locate items within the store
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system
• Maintain a tidy sales floor by restocking merchandise and organizing displays
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries in the appropriate language
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and uphold store standards
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with receiving shipments as needed
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety procedures and loss‑prevention practices

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a call‑center environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Comfort using point‑of‑sale software and basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast‑paced setting
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus
