About the Role

In this vital position, you will provide personalized care to pediatric patients in their home environments. Your primary focus will be ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of each child under your care, while also supporting their families through this important time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist children with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition according to dietary guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the child and family.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Patient-centered approach with a passion for helping children and families.
