Entyre Inc is hiring a Care Manager for our growing team in Cuyahoga, Ohio. This full-time remote position offers competitive compensation with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000, supporting caregivers who deliver compassionate home-based care to their loved ones.
Position Summary
As a Care Manager with Entyre Inc, you'll be the bridge between our caregiving network and the families we serve. Your role focuses on ensuring every caregiver receives the oversight, guidance, and resources they need to provide exceptional at-home care. You'll work remotely while conducting regular home visits to observe care delivery, identify training needs, and maintain the highest standards of service quality. This position plays a vital part in building confidence among caregivers and maintaining the trust families place in our organization.
Core Duties
- Conduct regular home visits to observe caregiving practices and assess care environments
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to individual caregiver skills and client needs
- Track client health outcomes and prepare detailed progress reports for the team
- Collaborate with caregivers to refine and implement individualized care strategies
- Monitor care quality standards and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to caregivers in the field
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Experience in home health, elder care, or similar caregiving supervision
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
