Join Hillel International as an IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement at Clark University Hillel in Worcester. In this full-time position, you'll develop and execute comprehensive Israel engagement programming that strengthens the Clark University Jewish community and deepens student connection to Israel advocacy, education, and dialogue.

About the Role

Reporting to the Clark University Hillel Executive Director, you'll take ownership of Israel engagement initiatives that inspire student participation, foster meaningful conversations, and build lasting connections within the campus community. This position combines strategic program planning with hands-on community building to elevate Israel-focused activities across the Hillel chapter.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and launch Israel engagement programs, events, and educational initiatives tailored to student interests and community needs
  • Coordinate speakers, panel discussions, cultural events, and advocacy activities that build awareness and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with student leaders, campus partners, and local community organizations
  • Create inclusive spaces for dialogue, learning, and connection around Israel-related topics
  • Track program outcomes, gather feedback, and refine initiatives to maximize impact
  • Support student leadership development and volunteer coordination
  • Collaborate with the broader Hillel International network on regional initiatives and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for Israel engagement and the Jewish college experience
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute programs and events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect authentically with diverse groups
  • Initiative-driven mindset with capability to lead independently and follow through on strategic goals
  • Experience in student engagement, community organizing, or nonprofit program management preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
  • Commitment to Hillel's mission of strengthening Jewish identity and leadership
