Chick-fil-A in Simpsonville, Howard County is hiring a full-time Back of House Team Member to join our kitchen team. About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll work in the kitchen preparing food, managing food stations, and supporting daily restaurant operations. You'll take pride in executing our recipes with care, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with teammates to deliver consistent quality to every guest.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assemble food items according to Chick-fil-A recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
• Keep workstations and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and freshness throughout each shift
• Work efficiently during busy service periods to meet customer demand
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, coordinated operations
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently
• Respond to supervisor guidance and adapt to operational changes
