About the Role
As an HVAC Installer with AirMax Heating and Cooling, you'll play a vital role in keeping homes and businesses comfortable throughout the year. This position combines skilled technical work with genuine customer interaction, ensuring every furnace installation, air conditioning system, and heating unit meets our commitment to quality and reliable performance.
What You'll Do
- Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete heating and cooling solutions
- Diagnose and repair existing heating and cooling equipment
- Perform system testing and calibration to verify proper operation and efficiency
- Execute preventive maintenance on furnace and AC systems
- Communicate directly with customers about their systems, answer technical questions, and ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards and industry codes
- Partner with experienced technicians to maintain AirMax's reputation for excellence
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities
- Physical capability to handle equipment installation and fieldwork
- Solid customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- HVAC technical certification or trade training (preferred)
- Willingness to grow your skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry
