Role Overview

You'll take charge of our blending and batching operations during evening and night shifts. This is a hands-on supervisory position where you'll oversee production workflows, guide your team through high-volume output, and maintain the rigorous standards that keep our beverages consistent and compliant. You'll be the driving force behind safe, efficient operations that supply beverages to retailers and brands across the globe.

Core Duties

• Supervise batching and blending operations throughout your shift, ensuring all recipes and formulations meet specification
• Monitor and manage quality control checkpoints to maintain product consistency and safety standards
• Lead and support production team members, providing guidance and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Track raw materials, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with incoming supplies
• Oversee equipment operation and flag maintenance needs to keep production running smoothly
• Document production metrics, logs, and any deviations for quality assurance records
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supervising production teams or working in a manufacturing or beverage environment
• Strong knowledge of batching, blending, or similar food and beverage production processes
• Ability to read and interpret formulations, recipes, and technical specifications
• Comfortable with night shift work and ready to own operations during evening hours
• Solid understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and support team success
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
