HR Management Intern / Working Student (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in München that is seeking an HR Management Intern / Working Student to support their people operations. In this role, you will:

• Support the HR team with day-to-day operations across the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with the team to enhance and digitize HR processes and maintain digital personnel files
• Help streamline workflows to make them more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly as the organization scales
• Capture and organize HR-related data within the digital HR management system in a structured manner
• Take ownership of independent projects such as analyzing employee surveys, coordinating training sessions and internal events, and reviewing benefits programs

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a current student with a genuine interest in people operations and digital HR transformation. The ideal candidate will have:

• Active enrollment in a degree program related to Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable field
• Genuine interest in operational HR management, employee experience, and digital transformation initiatives
• Some initial practical experience in HR through internships, previous working student positions, or student initiatives (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks in a structured, careful, and reliable manner
• Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR management tools such as Personio or similar platforms is a plus
• Comfort using AI tools while maintaining critical thinking about outputs
• Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both)
