Tech Advisory Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in München that needs a Senior Consultant to drive complex transformation projects. You will support clients through digital and organizational evolution—from strategy development to operational implementation.

Working at the intersection of business, technology, and change management, you will bring structure, clarity, and strong execution capabilities to transformation initiatives:

• Support clients in the structured development and optimization of organizations, processes, and ways of working
• Manage interfaces between business and IT by gathering, structuring, and aligning requirements while ensuring shared understanding of objectives
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects independently with focus on sustainable results
• Apply agile methodologies and take on relevant roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner within projects
• Design and support transformation processes, including stakeholder management and implementation support
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop digitally enabled processes
• Conduct structured analyses and prepare content tailored to decision-makers and steering committees

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks someone with drive, a strong sense of responsibility, and clear affinity for technology and transformation:

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or transformation/digitalization projects
• Certification in agile project management, ideally as Scrum Master or Product Owner, with hands-on experience applying agile methodologies
• Strong technological understanding with ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms
• Project management expertise including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in transformation and change management with ability to support organizational change in a structured way
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, along with strong presentation and communication abilities
• High initiative, strong teamwork skills, and customer-oriented mindset
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
