About the Role
The Housekeeper position focuses on maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our apartment community. You'll be instrumental in ensuring common areas, resident spaces, and amenities reflect the high standards our residents expect, contributing directly to resident satisfaction and community pride.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of community common areas, hallways, and shared amenities
- Clean and prepare vacant apartment units for incoming residents
- Maintain office spaces and administrative areas within the community
- Care for both interior and exterior common spaces, including entryways, courtyards, and grounds
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies according to safety and quality standards
- Report maintenance issues or damage to management for timely resolution
- Respond promptly to immediate cleaning needs and special requests from residents and management
What We're Looking For
- Experience with residential or commercial cleaning, or demonstrated willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent, high cleanliness standards
- Reliable schedule adherence and professional, courteous demeanor
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
