About the Role

As Surveillance Operations Manager, you'll direct all aspects of our investigative operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and client satisfaction. This is a leadership role for an experienced investigator who thrives managing complex cases, coordinating fieldwork, and building effective teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily surveillance and investigative operations, ensuring all cases meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of field investigators, fostering professional development and operational excellence
• Manage case assignments, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize efficiency across active investigations
• Conduct and supervise surveillance operations using appropriate techniques, equipment, and protocols
• Prepare detailed investigative reports, documentation, and case summaries for clients and legal proceedings
• Maintain strict compliance with Arizona private investigation laws and licensing requirements
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status, findings, and investigative strategy
• Evaluate emerging investigative techniques and tools to enhance operational capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Arizona Private Investigator license (or ability to obtain one)
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on surveillance and field investigation experience
• Proven track record leading investigative teams or managing complex cases
• Strong knowledge of surveillance methods, legal boundaries, and investigative protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle high-pressure situations
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate, thorough documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
