About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Advocate at Disabled Veteran Solutions, you'll be the voice and advocate for our customers navigating healthcare services. This full-time remote role combines technical skill with genuine customer care, requiring fluency in English and Spanish to support a diverse customer base across our organization.
What You'll Do
- Deliver bilingual customer support and technical assistance to patients using our healthcare services
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism in a compliance-focused healthcare setting
- Guide customers through technical navigation of healthcare platforms and account management systems
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain compliant records per healthcare regulations

What We're Looking For
