Hospitality Supervisor

ARAMARK seeks an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead guest services operations at our Los Angeles location. In this full-time role, you'll oversee team coordination, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain operational excellence across our hospitality services.

About the Role

As Hospitality Supervisor at ARAMARK's Los Angeles facility, you'll manage daily guest services operations, direct team members, and drive satisfaction through responsive, proactive leadership. This position combines hands-on management, guest engagement, and operational oversight to uphold the highest standards of hospitality excellence.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate guest services team members, including task assignment, training, and performance management
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and responsiveness
• Manage reservation systems and booking coordination to optimize guest experiences
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints and service issues escalated to your level
• Monitor service quality standards and ensure compliance with ARAMARK policies
• Mentor team members on hospitality protocols and effective guest interaction techniques
• Track and report on guest feedback, service metrics, and operational performance
• Partner with other departments to deliver seamless, integrated guest services

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and lead teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and composure under pressure
• Familiarity with reservation systems, booking platforms, or hospitality management software
• Passion for service excellence and operational improvement
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business management background preferred
