Home-Based Sales Analytics & Data Operations Team Lead

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential business process outsourcing organization supporting U.S.-based clients in the restoration and field services sector. We're seeking a Home-Based Sales Analytics & Data Operations Team Lead to join their Philippines-based team in a fully remote capacity.

This role centers on financial reporting, data management, cross-system reconciliations, and analytical support. You'll maintain accurate financial data, support month-end close activities, improve reporting processes, and identify trends. This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and contributing to business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel templates and established workflows
• Maintain a reporting calendar and proactively communicate delays, system outages, or data anomalies
• Execute three-way reconciliation processes across CRM, project management, and ERP systems
• Identify and resolve duplicate records, orphaned data, and cross-system discrepancies
• Produce ad-hoc reports leveraging knowledge of the client's data model
• Adapt quickly to evolving standard operating procedures as automation and business requirements change
• Increase the quality and quantity of sales analytics output by identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Provide influential guidance to data analysts on the team

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
• Demonstrated experience in data reconciliation or data matching work
• History of learning multiple business systems (ERP platforms like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage; CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot; or vertical-specific platforms)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST USA, Monday-Friday)

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
• Experience supporting month-end close activities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
