  • Own content calendar that reflects product roadmap, company announcements, and cultural moments in sales and business
  • Establish and maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and values across all social channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor analytics and audience insights to measure impact, identify opportunities, and refine strategy
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with industry experts, creators, and thought leaders to amplify company message
  • Execute with discipline, speed, and attention to quality across competing priorities

What We're Looking For

  • 5 or more years of experience managing social media strategy and content in a professional, SaaS, or B2B environment
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and demonstrating measurable business results
  • Mastery of copywriting—micro-messaging and narrative arc—across multiple social formats
  • Exceptional project management and ability to maintain high standards under deadline pressure
  • Proficiency with Sprout Social, Figma, LinkedIn, YouTube, and content creation tools
  • Confidence to propose creative ideas, defend decisions with reasoning, and bring concepts to completion independently
  • Genuine interest in platform trends, emerging formats, and audience behavior
  • Self-starting mindset; you identify problems and opportunities and move without needing approval
