About the Role
The Head of Joint Venture (JV) Program will serve as the primary architect of strategy and execution for our OEM Financial Services joint ventures. You'll drive alignment between corporate objectives and partnership goals, managing the complete lifecycle of JV performance—from financial planning and operational efficiency to risk management and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership position where your decisions directly influence portfolio outcomes and stakeholder value.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for joint venture operations within the OEM Financial Services space
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and investment allocation across the portfolio
- Lead operational excellence initiatives, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all partnership functions
- Build and mentor a leadership team responsible for credit products, risk assessment, and customer delivery
- Establish key performance indicators and drive accountability for results
- Represent the JV program at the executive and board levels, communicating progress and addressing strategic priorities
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, venture leadership, or complex partnership management
- Proven track record leading large-scale operations with P&L responsibility
- Deep expertise in credit products, OEM financing, or related financial product domains
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience navigating regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional experience
