What You'll Do

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with children, adolescents, and caregivers

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes

• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice

What We're Looking For

• Valid license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Virginia
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
• Commitment to patient-centered care and culturally responsive practice
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
