About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media and events organization based in London. Our client is seeking a talented Head of Graphics to join their growing team and lead the visual identity across multiple brand channels.

This is an onsite position, Monday to Friday, in central London (Buckingham Gate area). The role requires close collaboration with marketing and content teams to deliver premium-quality design work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and creative output based on briefs from the marketing team
• Create banner ads, social media posts, email designs, illustrations, and animations
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver best-in-class visual work
• Manage and balance multiple design projects simultaneously
• Maintain high-quality standards for email marketing campaigns and website updates
• Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Essential skills and experience:

• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills
• Conceptual approach to creative briefs
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
• Passion for the latest design innovations and trends
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to quality
• Problem-solving ability and capacity to work calmly under pressure
• Driven, ambitious attitude with strong sense of ownership

Desirable:

• HTML and CSS knowledge
• Agency experience
• Eagerness to learn new tools and share knowledge with the team

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
