Cresta is hiring a remote Head of Demand Generation & Growth to own customer acquisition, conversion, and account expansion across digital, product-led, and automated channels in the United States. About the Role

As Cresta's Head of Demand Generation & Growth, you will design and run a unified, full-funnel strategy that ties together performance marketing, website conversion, content, lifecycle automation, and account engagement. This remote position blends bold experimentation with rigorous analytics, giving you ownership of the systems, processes, and team that scale efficient, measurable revenue growth across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute an end-to-end growth strategy spanning web, paid media, automation, content, and product-led motions to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead performance marketing with a sharp focus on efficiency, scalability, and return on investment.
  • Direct website strategy and conversion rate optimization so the site performs as a high-converting demand engine and brand showcase.
  • Grow SEO, AEO, and content programs that widen reach and attract high-intent organic traffic.
  • Stand up a disciplined experimentation framework for A/B testing and evaluating new channels.
  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to align channel strategies with target segments and pipeline goals.
  • Own digital marketing analytics and attribution, translating performance data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, and recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to refine the growth marketing tech stack for stronger data visibility, automation, and measurement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in a growth leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and revenue targets with measurable business impact through digital channels.
  • Strong command of paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, analytics, and full-funnel marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise buyer journeys and ABM strategies.
  • Fluency with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, SEMrush, and dashboards like Looker or Tableau.
  • Data-driven mindset with a solid grasp of data architecture and system interconnectivity.
  • Collaborative leader experienced in managing both internal teams and external agencies.
  • Preferred: proven success leading marketing across multiple countries or regions, along with industry-specific campaign expertise.
