Atlantic Union Bank is hiring a part-time Teller at our Three Chopt Branch in Tuckahoe, Henrico County. In this 30-hour-per-week position, you'll deliver exceptional banking experiences while handling customer transactions, building relationships, and supporting the branch's growth objectives.
About the Role
As a Teller, you are the face of Atlantic Union Bank for our customers. This part-time role requires flexibility to work variable shifts Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with Saturday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You'll process customer transactions with precision, maintain a welcoming branch environment, and identify opportunities to connect customers with banking products and services.
What You'll Do
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to existing and prospective customers
- Handle cash and secure valuables following banking security and compliance procedures
- Respond to routine customer inquiries and resolve simple account issues
- Promote Atlantic Union Bank products and services while meeting branch sales and service goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Verify customer information and process required documentation
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong math and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliability and flexibility to work the scheduled hours, including Saturday shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment while maintaining accuracy
