This position is contingent upon contract award, evolving business needs, and funding availability, and it places you at the center of analysis that shapes operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert operations research and systems analysis in direct support of the 55th Wing airborne ISR mission.
• Build and apply quantitative models, statistical techniques, and analytical frameworks to inform decision-making.
• Integrate intelligence tradecraft with interdisciplinary methodologies to assess mission effectiveness.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for operational and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with intelligence professionals and operational stakeholders to sharpen analytic products.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience as an Operations Research / Systems Analyst (ORSA) or in a closely related analytical discipline.
• Strong command of quantitative analysis, modeling, and statistical methods.
• Working knowledge of intelligence tradecraft and ISR mission environments.
• Ability to apply interdisciplinary methodologies to ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Availability to work full-time and on-site in Benson, Douglas County.
